Low Sulfur Surcharge and General Rate Increase Notice
Dear Customers,
BBC Chartering announces a Low Sulfur Surcharge and General Rate Increase due to the significant increase in bunker prices and the sustained rise in operational costs. Therefore, we will be implementing an adjustment to the below-stated surcharges effective April 11, 2022. The surcharges will apply to all southbound shipments for the Americana Line Service between the United States and East Coast South America, effective for Brazil, Argentina, including Trinidad and Guyana.
Low Sulfur Surcharge
Break-bulk / Project Cargo: USD 95.00 W/M (1,000kg/1cbm) for Brazil and Argentina
Break-bulk / Project Cargo: USD 75.00 W/M (1,000kg/1cbm) for Trinidad and Guyana
Note: the above replaces the current Low Sulfur Surcharges
